Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of business analysis and requirement-gathering processes. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is preferred. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools. Ability to create clear documentation, reports, process flows, and presentations. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team. Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/project experience can apply.
